		<description>Still, the telco&#039;s are not able to get out of the &quot;fat pipe&quot; dilemma which states telco&#039;s will become nothing but pipes to deliver content, no value add would left for them. Even worse, we see through IP network, even contents won&#039;t be go through them - it will take time thou. Good point Dima, unfortunately I am not terribly familiar with the policy side of the Skype debate. But I don&#039;t really hear too much about such debate in China, although some western people would suspect it would be like the situation in Russia. Allow people to use Skype is one thing; allow them to use Skype on a mobile device is another one, much harder. Even telco&#039;s in the US are against it, like you said, AT&amp;T for example.</description>

(Its actually easy to tap in to VOIP transport with a man-in-the-middle, but they can be encrypted)</description>
