It has been really long time since I have posted any updates. Yes, I was busy, but the number of open tabs with interesting articles kept on growing. So, today I have a moment to breathe and I decided to close some of them (before my Firefox crashes). There is a lot going on, so here is another digest. It starts with some feedback from the recent open consultations for the upcoming IGF.
